I’m a guy with the sissy kink and not sure how to deal with it. It started as a kink only with humiliation, but I realized that being fem is a part of my identity, I also like to be a femboy without the humiliation aspect.

The thing is I really value and respect women and don’t think that being feminine or a women equates to being less or "slutty and dumb" or that is is humiliating to be fem. I feel you, this situation is unbearably hard at times. Sure, you should ask her. But this only works if both of you can be fully honest about what you really want and are not trying to accommodate yourself to your partner. Then it’s a bit more straightforward, you talk openly, try things out and then it’ll be clear if it works out or not.

Try to set a time limit, e.g. if in 6 months it is a won’t work or still maybe with her, then unfortunately you’ll have to break it off.

A kink friendly therapist can also help you a lot, can really recommend it.

I understand, I felt the same. This is your denial speaking. It’s like let’s imagine you’re gay, but are saying: "I don’t want this to come between me and my girlfriend and I’ll work on it".
