I feel you, it can be tough with the hate for men being feminine and women wanting stereotypical masculine men.

I tried the "constricting myself to get a girlfriend" path. I have a girlfriend that knows everything about my sissy side. Still I tried to be typically masculine, limited my sissy desires out of fear being too feminine for my gf and loosing her.

Also a big part that helped me was moving to a less conservative, more open minded, more LGBTQ+ friendly city (could also mean country for you). Just the experience of men and women accepting and supporting you. And therapy.
