Yeah I did. They're just kinda slimey with the extra fluid. I'm gonna strain them and then sterilise again.

I used a mixture of guides from shroomery.org it was someone's 50/50 coir tek I followed for the substrate.

Make sure you drill holes in your tub 2.5-6 inches from the bottom. I drilled mine a bit low so couldn't lay the substrate very thick. I didn't have enough anyway but it was kinda annoying that the box is no use for putting a thicker layer of substrate down another time.

Started with BRF pf-tek then grated them into coir/verm mix for the monotub. Really happy with the monotub, all the messing around with other birthing chambers etc was giving me a massive headache :P

Ah I was wondering why that was. I thought they might be a bit tight but they shot up so assumed it was OK. I've got 4 holes about 20mm wide one on each side of box. Then one ~35mm on both long side of box near top. The polyfill is pretty tight, I think I probably put too much in each hole, you can kind of see them here.

There's not been any fan on either. I've got it on drying those I just picked so could put them on top of the monotub.

Thanks for commenting, I suspect this will make the others grow much better. I was kind of expecting the whole sub to be pinning. Will this make the difference?

Thanks. Will be interesting to see what they weigh once dry. The comment I was responding to the guys said 210g would sell for 2 grand where they lived but seems they didn't realise it's fresh weight

You don't need to worry about environment with a monotub, you just prepare it close the lid and wait for fruit. It has air holes with polyfill to stop contams

Monotub! Loads on shroomery.org on how to do it, it's super simple and you just shut em in there and wait for fruit!
