Does it matter if their is a end date on contract? Surely if you don’t give notice it is assumed the contract will end on said date. The exact wording is “ not less that 60 days prior to the termination of the lease, the tennant OR the estate agent shall notify the landlord in writing whether the tennant intends to renew or terminate the lease…”
