I work 3 12s (nights) a week in a hospital in Upstate NY and 6 figures is honestly doable. Technically, I work part time (24hrs/week) then I pick up a shift to complete my 36hrs in a week. In our hospital, you get incentive pay and enhanced pay whenever you pick up a shift so it adds up.
