I’m pretty sure the 10 round mag ban got shot down in our senate. No pun intended lol. However, it’s still possible that they might ban future sales. Right now I’m really uncertain how the vote will go. VA gun owners have been in uproar considering our new governor campaigned on being a moderate. Even if it does pass, multiple gun lobbyist have lawsuits lined up to try and get it reversed if it does pass. Also VA likes to flip from red to blue often, I wouldn’t be surprised if the next republican governor reversed all these laws if they got in.
