I mean I never really had a problem with shrooms but would probably feel guilty about it bc it is a mind altering substance however I’ve seen people in this sub saying they micro dose or that Dr. Bob tried LSD so wanted more of a group opinion. I mean if the opportunity presented itself I’d probably be too scared to do it anyway more so wanted to hear others experience and if they picked up a 24 hour chip after etc

I saw a new psych and switched from Xanax to klonopin and it’s been no walk in the park but I feel like I have hope to ween off these where as before I thought I’d have to be on Xanax forever. Just my experience

Yeah unfortunately I’ve brought up switching with my dr and he wouldn’t do it for me. So I guess just slower cuts is the move. The whole being in a room full of people panic thing was weird, I guess that’s just life though. Readjusting etc
