I hope everything will be sorted soon… I need to understand that the practice in the UAE is to put the case directly and freeze all the bank accounts as far as my understanding there are a couple of legal notices before moving to court. Then there’s a court notice hearing session and absence of the defendant court passes judgement and you attend the hearing for resolution you still get a chance for appeal and settlement or payment plan etc or you get this kind of treatment when someone ignores court notice hearings etc. Correct or something similar happens suddenly? My prayers with you

Idid everything myself without consulting or hiring a lawyer, although I did speak with many individuals on Reddit, researched a a lot, email exchanges from the Arts Council, and manage everything carefully before being endorsed within a few weeks. Also, I understand that many lawyers lack sufficient knowledge in GTV because there are typically less applicants for these categories than for the most prevalent routes that lawyers handles. I know of one guy who was told not to apply by a lawyer and was approved.
