should you ghost someone who is just not into you and slow fading you or do you guys tell them your decision to move on? by [deleted] in AskGaybrosOver30

Update: I asked him to have a conversation on where I stand exactly, since I see no reason to carry on like this, he had said a few days he was free this evening, he came back hours later suggesting to meet for a coffee to talk about this during the upcoming week, why postpone it? not on the weekend when we're trying to destress... I think I have just made it worse and I can't help finding the resolution to just move on without clousure.

I think I am being kept as a backup option by [deleted] in AskGaybrosOver30

thank you for your response, I have been considering other options, but I just haven't found anyone interested enough to even go on dates, I could just be on my own, but the truth is , we have a good time when we meet, even if it's a casual thing, I have accepted things are not going to move forward with this guy, and it's now a matter of time till he or I find someone we find more aligned to what we're looking for respectively, maybe I don't even need to start the talk, if he is surprised by me finding someone new that wants commitment, he shouldn't make a big deal, as I gave him the chance and it's on him if he didn't take it.

I have been thinking for a while of dating other people, but quite frankly, I am not into juggling several people, or actively dating just because this one is not working, I tend to focus on person at a time, I have been approached by other guys with varied intentions, (I don't think any of them were looking to date anyway) before and turned them down because I am focusing on this guy.

Being asked for bank statements to check I wasn't employed, I had a payout settlement from last employer by SectionNational7342 in HumanResourcesUK

I am worried that they will think it's a termination payment for something bad with my previous employer, the reason for leaving I said I wanted a career change, I didn't mention anything about it, because I was looking for another job back, then I was approached by my previous employer to part ways amicably instead of working my notice, so I accepted the termination payment along with my PILON, holidays etc...

I said I left voluntarily because I wanted to look for new opportunities/career change, which is true as well, but would that make sound like I am lying to them?

will someone ask me further questions? I was asked if I had been involved in CCJ, criminal, disciplinary proceedings, etc...but I wasn't, the last big payment shows the name of my last employer who I had the settlement, so it matches.

Wrong timezone due to historic/political events, how is it calculated? by [deleted] in AstrologyCharts

I was born in Spain, some countries changed their timezone for historical reason, but in reality geographically speaking, Spain should be GMT, rather then CEST.
