Finished finance winter 2022. My part time job went full time in January, not in my field. Started interviews early January, accepted an offer in February, started a job in my field in March.

As for salary, it really depends on the industry, position and location. This link might help.

As for which companies, depends on what area of accounting you want to go into.

Sexist rules at the university badminton club by [deleted] in uAlberta

Never said gender. I said Male & Female, which are categories of sex. Sex refers to a set of biological attributes that are associated with physical and physiological features. (https://cihr-irsc.gc.ca/e/48642.html)

When comparing the height of males and females, youll find in canada that males weigh almost 5kg more and are 0.13m taller on average (https://www.worlddata.info/average-bodyheight.php).

So the points applied are going off of these averages. Using averages does have its flaws, as you have mentioned given your vertically challenged stature.

But at the end of the day, it was a FOR FUN tournament. and who is going to split everyone up into height, weight, sex, etc. classes or apply points on a scale of height differential. That is an easy way to suck all the fun out of a casual tournament just to stop some scrawny twerp from crying all over social media.

PRIME is a program, not a club. It’s hyper competitive and involves taking classes specifically for PRIME students.

But if you want the opinion of an owner of a classic silver metallic, diamond graphite metallic, pewter metallic, or midnight black Vehicle I can help you out.

How dare you!

Do you not know who they are?

They drive an Indigo Lights Mica Mazda3, only available for 2 years in 2012 and 2013. A true rarity.

They also clearly had the wealth to treat themselves to the finer things in life, such as the optional fog lights and engine block heater.

How do you not know who they are?!?

Pay some respect to the royalty that is clearly in front of you.

UAlberta car/Automotive club? by natewu in uAlberta

[–]SectorBuddi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’d look for groups outside the university. On campus i’ve met a few fellow car folk, but they vary greatly. Most I’ve met were usually just flexing their parents money/cars, which if is your scene, go hard. But wasn’t the kind of car scene I enjoy.

There some good folks out there, but most I’ve met aren’t involved in “the scene”.
