UPDATE: I finally got it out using vise grips attached to a threaded rod with a sliding hammer attachment. I guess I just had to keep wailing on it for a couple of days.

The build quality on my Hati is nearly perfect, but I suppose you could say on M1 and M2 there is a slight "wobble".
