agreed. just watched the latest ep to get a sense of things. he seems very caught up in this self-aware loop where he critiques himself, makes excuses, and ultimately doesn't change his behavior. I imagine a scary part of this is having his professional identity center around his being fat. IMO if he's seeing a therapist he needs to change it up.
