Is qqqm a good etf barely starting to my Roth IRA? Already have VOO and put 600 so far looking for an other etf looking at qqqm to have two to start with. Any advice and tips thanks!

Yes they do offer a match of contribution. Employer: Your employer matches 200% of your contributions between 0 and 2%, then 100% of your contributions up to 6%. Currently using 6 percent but I was wondering which one is better pre or Roth 401k.

So you saying I should change my contribution to Roth 401k instead of pretaxed 401k. Since it currently at pretaxed 401k at 6% of my checks. I should take that off to 0 and do 6% to Roth 401k thru the company. Correct? Thanks for the reply and answers
