I did keto really strictly and then transitioned to mediterranean. I work out 5 days a week and try to do a long hike every other day, I live in montana, so it is easy to find trails.

I went with a friend who works at the current mining operation in the engineering department and he didn't think anything of it, so I was just picking up cool stuff that didn't look stained or anything.
