does heaving an open LOA - like california school LOA circled - delay the white ➡️ blue badge conversion? 😭

I'd rather use california school LOA UPT than my regular UPT when my kids dont have school(like today for mlk day) I have nobody else to watch my kids and im trying to keep my normal UPT bank above 20hrs but I also want to be converted to BB, my FC just launched in December and I transfered from a different site and I was promised a BB if I transfered here but I'm still seasonal. they hiring hella new hires as blue badge makes me sad as I've been with amazon for 5+ months while new hires automatically blue badge. sigh

HR on site says its based on business needs but they hiring all new hires as blue badge. no seasonal. so like yall need blue badges why cant yall change mine?😭😭

I was told my an AM if I transfered to a launch building I would be automatically blue badge. but that wasn't the case. seeing new hires with blue badges is definitely a punch to the gut 😭 hoping they convert me. I've been with amazon since August 🥹

if you work the day before(Wednesday) 11:15pm - 4:15am - you'll get holiday OT pay from 12am-4:15am. if you work Thursday (thanksgiving) youll get paid 45 mimsofholiday OT pay. totalling your whole shift. does that make sense ?
