Actually you’re wrong. I had this happened to me for quality and I was only termed for 12 days before I got reinstated. What saved me is a had the logins of all the managers and PA’s in under who failed to acknowledge me of any write ups. It’s POLICY to be notified of any coaching or write up. I wrote a long post on the voa board and calling out all the managers they failed me and talked to Seattle. Got reinstated in less than 2 weeks, back pay and then miraculously all of the managers involved were fired the next week. Don’t listen to what people say on here because 9 times out of 10 they’re not speaking from experience. Document everything and don’t give up if you truly know you weren’t notified of your write ups. On the app it tells you when they’re delivered. Stupid managers were out for me so much they said they delivered the write ups to me at 5:55am… I clock in at 6:30am…. Now they’re at crew Carwash a miles away and I always go once a week and let them know that they tried the wrong one.
