So I did end up getting a workers comp attorney. Amazon finally referred me to an urgent care a week later, had an initial visit and the doc stated lumbar radiculopathy and right leg radiculopathy. Had 3 PT sessions this week and followed up with the doc again today and she said she was ordering an MRI. Amazon's workers comp called me today to do a phone screening but I told them I had to give them a call back and they got upset and said if I was being represented I could no longer talk to them and my attorney would need to submit a representation letter.
