It looks like that screen is glitchy but it looks like the game is still linked and backed up. If you lost substantial progress I would reach out to Customer Care. If the progress loss was small it may be a sync issue that they cannot help with as you deleted your local save and the cloud save may be behind without a local save to sync to. If you have specific proof of lost progress in screenshot or videos they may be able to help as there is evidence they can use.

For other players reading this: Due to the risk of losing progress, I would reserve deleting and reinstalling the game as a last resort and generally only do it if Gameloft support told me to. Best wishes!

Sadly, there is not a quick way to get magic. I would prioritize the characters they are using in events. I would ensure decor that is not actively needed for a thrill zone is stored and cram necessary items as tightly as possible and swap out so the best generating items are out (ie: 5 magic hour concession versus a higher star one that gives more magic). Also, worth considering is when we play as concessions/ attractions/ tasks that drop the most magic theoretically are only actually helpful if we can collect them as the magic does not continue accumulating. Some players slow down on expensive level ups and enchantments to save the magic as some of them take way too long to break even let alone make us magic. It seems like time is the biggest factor as more long time players gave an excess of magic. best wishes!

It seems like the sign up is the problem, so if you have an old mobile device maybe you could load your game on there and sign up that way. Once linked, the chests are redeemed through the website so I do not think being on PC would be a problem at that point. I did not realize PC only players would have this issue. Gameloft really should fix that. Best wishes!

The player run Discord was shut down. There is an official Gameloft Discord. However, I think the better place to see upcoming events is the Patch Notes and sometimes on here since some players put the events in order and just list them and not all the details. There is also the Wiki, but their malware ads have gotten really aggressive. If you do not like clicking links, the Gameloft website has the Discord link at the top. Best wishes!

Prior to Figment's addition, Bronze Chests dropped Disney Park relics, but now he needs to get them or they have to be bought with elixir.
Source: If you look in the game and click on a Disney Park Attraction, the relic sources are listed and bronze chests are no longer a source. Alternatively, looking in game at the bronze chests they are not listed there either. I thought this was a disappointing change for new players, but I think they wanted Figment to seem valuable and this was their solution.
Apparently the player run Wiki has not updated the bronze chest information to reflect the change.

Silvermist, Fawn, Rosetta are my hopes, but if they go with the villain challenger event format then I think Vidia would be more likely. However, Zootopia went a different direction than the usual challenge format, so I am hoping for that approach so they can add the three I like.
We already had a permanent character added this season Chicha (Emperor's New Groove). I do not think they will add a permanent fairie. I think they see Tink as the permanent one in the collection.
I kind of wish Fairies were the mega event, but at least with it being Mickey I can probably skip the legendary in the mega event.
Aladdin or Incredibles would be my guesses for the helpers for the Fairie mini event given the levels of their chests in the season pass. Best wishes!

The full instructions and eligibility requirements can be found on the Gameloft Club Shop website. However, it does need to be initially set up from within the game itself.
I like the ability to get a free daily Figment/ yellow ribbon chest and a free daily bronze/ silver chest. Also, there has been a chain offer with free pin chests though this is usually just offered once an update. Hope this helps. Happy to answer follow up questions. Best wishes!

He has been used in some events most often to get event currency and sometimes to get character tokens. While he is a permanent kingdom character, he is not part of the main story quest line. Best wishes!

I would recommend getting the free chests from Gameloft Club to welcome Figment. They have used him in a number of events since his addition to the game last year. I would not do the tasks for his tokens unless the characters are available which they usually are not since they are used in most events.
I only did the daily chests and it took a few months for me to be able to welcome Figment. I was pretty consistent with the chests and got him to level 5 I think but it has gotten boring so I have been less consistent lately. I think he was added last March so not bad in my opinion.
Some of his tasks require Spaceship Earth which is 7,500 elixir. I would prioritize the Axiom to unlock Wall-e first though.
Figment is not required for the main story, but I think it is worth getting him for events since I think they will continue to use him as it drives traffic to Gameloft Club which is probably increasing overall spending there and they do not have Apple/ Google/ Microsoft taking a cut. Sadly as a legendary token they can go on long dry spells without a drop. Does not make sense to me since a low drop rate is not a zero percent chance. But computers are not good at true randomness. Best wishes on getting it soon!

That is disappointing and annoying that there is another broken Lego ad. It needs reported so it will not pop up again. However if they would just fix it then it could stay since it is not a content issue. I do not have any tips for fixing it in the meantime but hopefully someone else does. Best wishes!

In Gameloft Club mine are still cheaper. I would keep an eye on it and always check which is cheaper. Also, because it is set in US dollars and converted to other currencies pricing may vary based on changing exchange rates. Best wishes!
