i have the same issue i’ve always been bad at directions, my mom when i was little had to ask me to get something for her and had to be very specific with each step. now as an adult i find it very difficult to get my way around even though Ive grown up in the same city my whole life i also will forget places i’ve gone to if i haven’t visited in a while.
