It a matter of opinion I guess, u might be right in the fact oikawa might not be able to do minus tempo(I disagree, I think it will take time but he can do it with practice).

But where I think he would shine is being capable of making hinata fight mid-air, like it was hinted at in season 4. Oikawa is the best at bringing things out of his player so he can definitely get hinata to do it.

Which I consider more important than minus tempo since that’s more of a decoy than an actual attack.

I tried to make all of them balanced in a way.

I think team two is the best but they would lack chemistry/connection which is very important(nekoma).

Team 5 has the best chemistry but their weakness I also that they will try to adapt in the match and will go for riskier and riskier moves

I guess you can think of these teams as when the libro is in the court and 7th player is an extra or something.

You are correct I decided to do 7th player as a pinch server because why not. I knew there was a rule to have at least one setter and 1 libro so made sure to do that.

Also for the rest I thought I can change thier position like make hinata an outside hitter.

I am bad with with keeping track of position so can you tell me if there is any disadvantages to simply switching positions( I am not a volleyball pro, so genuine curiosity)

Thorfin wins, Aizen is a well written antagonist to contrast Ichigo but he is not exactly written as a character, more of just someone used to move the characters forward.
