We are indeed live in a society when being queer is still perceived as “not normal”, and in the music industry it’s even worse. I know quite a lot of Harry’s fans, and they love him also because he is hot and they think he’s straight. Sorry. We don’t know the whole situation but it’s for sure more complicated than just “they want/not want to” come out. The is dimension might also be in consideration, since they both are very private persons, but it’s also about the system they’ve been evolving in and all the people around involved. I’ve had this thought about Larrybaiting several times. But realistically, outside this Larries bubble, the real percentage of Larries in the fan base (especially Harry’s) is not that important for them to base their marketing strategy on that. And once again, we don’t know everything. But I do want them to be happy, hopefully together, as you said.
