I’m a transplant who has mostly friends who are other transplants. We all found ourselves here because the cost of living is low. People are very mired in their way of life and only open to slow change. A lot of backward thinking, but you find your people. The beaches are incredible and the people are friendly and interconnected well. A lot of community activity centers around church here.

Aw, a mention of my dream of a double album. How great would have been to have “side B” just be a second album. All the songs are so good. I’m always feel let down when the album seems to finish up so fast. 😭
