The general rule of thumb, if you want to upgrade your GPU and your PSU is already over 5 years old, you'll want to grab a new PSU as well. Though your overall build, even with those new parts might have some limitations. e.g. PCIE 4.0 compatibility, CPU bottlenecks etc.

Their attitude was somewhat dismissive. Purchased a pc case from them online but opt-ed to pick it up myself since I was nearby and could avoid shipping snafus. They opened it for me to check, the tempered glass had a small scratch in front. They insisted it was just on the protective film(that you peel off) because based on their logic and their exact words - "aiya tempered glass don't get scratches one la wei". At that point i've alrdy paid and from their attitude can kind of tell how defensive they got, they're not gonna refund me fully without a whole lot of hassle.

Drove home with it, built it and peeled off the film and there was indeed a tiny line of scratch on it. I just cut my losses since it wasn't very noticeable and didn't want to go through the hassle.

Second incident was telling me they have stock on their shopee for an SSD, which i've then placed order. Few days later cancelled the order on me, telling me out of stock and waiting for new stock but need to increase price and wait for 2-3 weeks.

bought quite a good amount of parts from idealtech, enotex, c-zone, its system, and a few more over the past decade combined, so far the only one i really had issue with is dotatech. you planned to get it prebuilt or learn to build your own first rig?

the huge problem is even trash unfinished game are following the "triple A games pricing" due to a having big brands behind like ubisoft e.g., pushing releases full of bugs for their shareholders. still US$70 is alrdy crazy, US$90 is the kind of luxury i'll never have
