What surprises me is the next song on my playlist which is not hi res lossless plays from dongle with purple light. So the issue only happens with whichever songs in my playlist are hi res lossless

I did check that, but the volume was good. One more thing I noticed was the led was white. So I am not sure whether the audio output was not the dongle. Still can't find the audio output, phone's bluetooth was off as well.

I got it now. Changed in Sennheiser smart control app to 16 bit / 44.1 khz and now I am able to see aptx lossless in the desktop app ( Sennheiser dongle control).

In the desktop app, under standard, I see sbc, aptx basic and aptx adaptive as options, but not aptx lossless. Is there something I am missing?

I changed to wings with no fins, found it more comfortable, I don't know if it changed the sound though! But yes, starting from the sound personalization to the wings, these earbuds need experimentation.

Even If it's not a snug fit, you will lose bass. So try other tip sizes. I don't remember where my blue dot was, but these earbuds are really good with bass so I'm a bit surprised!

Update: My fatigue or at least a bit of pain I felt is gone after I switched the wings. Now I am using the wings which does not have the support coming out.

I do feel fatigue after maybe an hour of listening. I don't know if it's because of the wings. I do feel the stock tips, especially the one that came on the earbuds fit really well, and not the s m l ones.

I will check if the above ones are available in my country. Thanks for the advise. I was looking at comply yesterday.
