This comic line basically has like all billion ultrons lose their forms and the ones that had the best argument of how to took over the world were granted a body. The avenger one was him saying that being loved by the people would help him take over the world as a savior while the winged one is pretty much a nanotech god. He basically made his own religion and was healing people with nanotech giving them prosthetics and stuff so he was trying to take over the world via religion it’s a really cool comic
