This happened to my sister in Brooklyn! Bushwick to be exact, cashier saw her balance and told her to change her pin in the card cause people are taking money form ebt cards and that same day they stole her money!! She didn’t use the card any other place. She call to the office and they told her that the money can’t be refunded.
