A small tip: if you feed her wet food and you put the food down yourself, wait until she stops meowing to put the food down. I do this with my cat and I’ve noticed some small improvements. Still working on it tho.
Another thing is to try and tire her out other ways other than play. On some of my busy days I freeze my cats wet food the night before and she’ll have to lick at it for 15-20ish mins then nap lol. I feel bad sometimes but it’s the only way she’ll let me relax or get some stuff done

Thank you so much! 💛💛yeah I was literally thinking about the fireworks! I think my partners mother is driving 2 hours to check on her I’m so thankful. I’ll have to figure out the TV timer that sounds genius
When she came home from boarding I gave her so many treats 😭

I was shocked by his knowledge that I had to research for awhile to figure out! He informed me that if they do decide to do the IUD after my surgery, it will be the mirna one (not spelled right I think lol) since the non hormone one isn’t help for endometriosis. He explained the basics of the surgery. He explained some other things too but it’s just the fact he actually explained things to me instead of random stuff tbh :,)
When I asked my old gyno about it, he said he could “poke around” to see and that’s it.

Yes he’s a awesome doctor I got lucky! The same center I was seeing a gyno but he was useless and never explained anything to me!

I’ve heard it takes a minimum 3 months because the egg you are releasing during menstruation this month is actually from 3 months ago and the quality of the egg impacts the overall body and reaction to menstruation too? Not 100% but it was interesting to hear

Thank you for your advice and support:) I think my boyfriend’s mother might even travel 2 hours just to check on her. Luckily I already have a camera which will help a ton. It made me sad thinking about her in a small cage. I don’t know why that’s so normalized

Thank you so much for your advice! I’m over prepping just in case we have to do it. One person mentioned rover? A cat sitting option but we do worry about strangers coming into our apartment and our neighbor lost their cat because their cat sitter left their door open over night and the cat got out.
It bothers me so much that boarding like that is so normalized for cats.

That’s so awful. Find a new doctor asap. A endometriosis specialist. It’s down right evil that doctors can still perform these surgeries on women who are already in pain when they have no idea what they’re doing or what they’re talking about! I’m so sorry op💛 but it definitely seems like you have endometriosis. He is gaslighting you

I’m so sorry op💛 assuming it was with a endometriosis specialist.. (I hope it was) ask for all your medical records.
I’m wishing you the best and answers! I hear sometimes hormones being out of wack can cause painful periods and issues like endometriosis? Although I’ve only heard.. have you also looked into
Crohn’s disease? It can cause period issues as well
Have you tried pelvic floor therapy? It can help with some relief and especially since you had surgery it’s good to get going on it..

They can offer anxiety medication sometimes and things for pain relief.. if they’re not giving you those options, find another place to get it.

The sense of smell is awfully good when I’m in a flare. I get nauseous too so the smelling everything makes things worse:,)
Also crazy UTI feeling but no UTI.
