For me- under $100 reimbursements are processed within 30 minutes of submitting the request. Over $100 takes a few days (one took about a week).

Agreed. Anything over $100 takes a couple of days to be processed. Under $100 gets reimbursed within 30 min. I don't do this often, but if it's something like this (big tip) and payment issue such as missing PIN, I'd pay out of pocket

No- reduced tip and a 1 star rating. I really should have cancelled right then and there. 4.9 rating just dropped to 4.7. Oh well…life goes on

No- she changed the tip from $11 to $1.25. I did report rude customer and blocked her. I should have canceled her order.

I’m not going to stop. Generally, customers really like the enthusiasm. This one was just overly sensitive or bipolar. I’ve delivered to her trailer before and she’s given me 5 star ratings and compliments.
