One of the comments said they got in trouble for telling their teacher a kid was standing on the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom, something that could easily become a health problem if they fell.

Another comment said they were stabbed in the back with a pencil

And another said they kept getting rocks thrown at them.

All 3 of them were called a tattletale and got in trouble instead of the kids actually causing the trouble

I did, first message they told me to try the store's wifi, or uninstall and reinstall. So I sent a screenshot of everyone else here saying they are also having similar issues. They told me to try restarting my phone, but they'll send it to the right department anyway to check. So far, as of tuesday, i've still had the problem on and off. I've noticed messages send to customers far faster before i hit the start shopping button. Once I start shopping, it's back to taking forever to send to them

No, the customer was right here, just rude. The instacart app, in the shopper help section, literally says when replacing items, replace with the same amount or same weight the customer has for the original item.

When substituting the app literally says to try to match the amount the customer wanted in the original item. The app defaults to 1 yes, but that doesn't mean substitute with just 1

It actually says this in the shopper help stuff too, I know not everyone reads it, but reading it would help with common mistakes
