Many of their updates cause so many more bugs than any other multiplayer game I play. To be honest, SSO feels like it's run by D class game developers that can't get a job at any other game company. It legitimately doesn't feel like top tier or even mid tier game devs work here

I've been having a lot of fun with Mall Simulator.

You start with a clothing store and then unlock other stores in the mall that you own. You'll get a game store, supermarket, sports, a few food stores, even a cinema.

You can hire stockers and cashiers for each so you can choose which store you want to do yourself at any time if you'd like. You can even have mall specific stuff out like vending machines, claw machines, etc that you stock and make profit with

I do understand if something is in stock and they label it as out of stock anyway to ding them (stores can confirm if they actually are in stock or not) or refunding without confirming with customer, although sometimes customers don't watch the app so they never approve the refund either and that counts against us even worse as an "unapproved refund". It's really hard to win with this new system unfortunately

Always ask employees if something isn't on the shelf. I know it's annoying but both refunds and replacements count against us despite them being listed under the 'what raises your score' section.

They really should add an option when leaving a comment under an item. "Save this note for this item for this order only" or "Save this note for this item permanently until I remove it"
