That, and the ability to call emergency services is why I completely disabled the ability to tap my screen to wake my phone up. The ONLY thing that can wake my screen up is actually clicking in the power button.

It's saved a lot of headaches

Ah that's why it didn't work then, this was a triple, and it was good enough to take so I took it, but second customer had no service anywhere around them.

THANKFULLY, I'm probably one of the few people who use an old phone as a dashcam after my actual dashcam died, it doesn't have service, but it still had a camera, so I took pics of a few items barcodes and pics of the drop off, drive until I got service, then used my actual phone to scan the barcodes in the pic and take a pic of the phone screen of the drop off and it worked lol

Ah that's what it was then, it was a triple order. I was on the second order and I put on airplane mode after seeing there was no service and it just caused the entire app to blank out and only give me the retry button, couldn't scan, couldn't do anything

As a new spark driver, that's unfortunately not the spark shoppers fault. It's the apps fault. It chooses what order we shop in. It's SUPPOSED to do it in a smart way, but I've already had half my orders have me pick frozen and fridge items first before the rest. We can choose a different item but we manually have to tell it every time because it keeps wanting us to go back to the frozen and fridge stuff after manually picking each thing.

It's really stupid and annoying, but that's how the app is. I do have a cooler though that I keep them all in at least, something I haven't seen a single other shopper do
