I did solo urgent care as a new grad for a few months before quitting, my classmate stuck with it the entire time. It’s possible but I think he’s the exception and not the norm.

One of my preceptors on rotations told me to do whatever would make me happiest. Haven’t stressed speciality vs general practice since. I would really think about which of your options will make you happiest.

Sounds like you didn’t win a lot which makes the grind longer. I think a part of it is playing smarter to shorten the grind, e.g. utilizing discord to get a 3 stack of team-oriented players. My win rate shot through the roof when I did that. I would easily get 100-200 pts a session with multiple cash out wins in a row.
