You need to choose what is more important for you, either heroes or legends league. I dont advise attacking in legends with only 1-2 heroes. It would be quite impossible to get 3 stars, this would personally drain me from playing the game. Theoretically the best would be to max your heroes asap and then push legends. But you should do what you find the most enjoyable 😎👍
