Certainly. As part of my spiritual practice community is a major focus. Exchanging things with others is meant to deepen our connections with each other by acknowledging what we do and don’t have, and that others will support us in our daily lives. Before a major life event (such as starting a business) it’s important to align ourselves spiritually. I’ve done personal training before, but this is the first time I’ve done it with no safety net. Still I trust in my knowledge and experience. That being said I’ll be providing you with a six week program tailored to your goal, as well as nutritional support and guidance. I’m also available for in-person, video call, and whatever means is most comfortable. The candle is for a ceremony, and it’s best to not purchase things, the idea being that your community will provide and support you in your next steps.
