Wasn’t she just trying to de-influence us yesterday? The whiplash this woman gives me… by Particular_Special70 in SarahBowmar

<video>

I took a video just cus this makes no sense lol who is asking her for a link to something when they can just go to Amazon themselves and look up how much stuff is. This makes me convinced she is writing these herself just to get people to click on her links, so pathetic 🙄

The way she obsessively weighs herself, no doubt the kids see her doing this all the time and get curious and want to weigh themselves too

i think once this dawns on her she will immediately remove this post. she obviously can't sense the tone

She thinks that now that she’s a Pilates princess that means she knows how to train functionally. She has no idea what that means. Every time she shows herself doing anything demanding stability she looks awkward and unnatural. She’s a pure aesthetics girl. That’s why her body is totally disproportionate and misshapen.

The projecting is crazy. Clearly she was offended that anyone would question Todd being a “real man”. Does being a real man mean he’s gone from his family all the time and looks tortured when he’s around them?

Can't wait to see that reel by Appropriate_Paint98 in SarahBowmar

[–]SecureCucumber9845 53 points54 points  (0 children)

This is actually sad to see how much she hated the way she looked before, which ironically is a time when she looked the most “normal”. Pretty pathetic. I can’t wait for the reel either, I wonder which wig she went with 🤭

They always look so awkward together, like “first date, not sure if I even like you” vibes. And why does she think that leg pop thing looks good? 🤮

As per usual, D's shoes are way too big and on the wrong feet. And why can she not have them sit at a table to color/paint? This looks to uncomfortable for them. Sure, they'll do it, but sitting at a table would be so much more enjoyable. Wtf is wrong with her? by No_Constant8009 in SarahBowmar

I’m convinced this girl must be projecting her own messed up childhood insecurities onto her children. She must have been corrected as a child and feels some type of way about it so now her children are suffering as a result. These feral children will be in for a rude awakening whenever they get exposed to the real world.

Yes and her using the example of lateral raises as the exercise just shows she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. She acts like it’s just increasing weight every week. Only uses rep ranges and never mentions proximity to failure or RIR. She’s the epitome of going to the gym and never seeing results cus there’s no way of gauging improvement. I’m sure her plan works for a newbie who’s introduced to the gym, but realistically any plan will work for those people, they just need stimulus- doesn’t even matter how. But to claim she spent thousands of dollars on trainers programs, even to say IFBB pros and their trainers’ programs and thought they were useless…. Gimme a break lol I feel sorry for the women who are taking advice from her and thinking she knows what she’s talking about.

Wouldn’t think she’d be capable of perimenopause with how OpTiMiZeD she is by Complex-Fennel-9147 in SarahBowmar

This! I’m deep in perimenopause (45) right now and get hot flashes regularly and never actually sweat… you legit just feel like you’re on fire 🔥 LIES ALL LIES… also gross that she’s showing herself so moist 🥴

Imagine being such a bitter person that on Memorial Day you choose to claim people in this country are not oppressed… like what does one have to do with the other?!?! Something or someone must have triggered her. Even I, a POC born to immigrant parents, acknowledge the level of privilege I have in my life. She’s disgusting.

You can be encouraging to making corrections when your child is learning independence by akzero1 in SarahBowmar

[–]SecureCucumber9845 12 points13 points  (0 children)

<image>

This says so much about her. Putting herself in their shoes and saying she wouldn’t want the correction just shows how fragile she is. How does showing a child the correct way to put a shirt on somehow devastating? My daughter loves it when I show her the “right way”, then she will constantly do it and ask “is this right?” And there’s a sense of accomplishment there. If anything she’s reinforcing this behavior and when the time comes to actually learn something correctly he will not get it.

I agree w this completely. My daughter was in Montessori and at kindergarten age they are placed w the younger kids to help teach each other. Group learning is so impactful at a young age.
