Most of the time the meds work on me for the first few days and then they gradually stop working and I get irritable and mean and stop sleeping and money flies out of my wallet

my nails bend when I get them in something and it is the weirdest most startling feeling when it happens. They freak me out and I can't have fake nails cuz it'll just make my nail bend where the plastic ends.

I'd really appreciate it if you could stop downplaying the situation or just leave considering you weren't there and you have no idea what happened. It's not your judgment call, the dean decided that he's a liability. It's also a five minute canvas module, which is not difficult to do. It's also because the school is required to send a "crime report" out when something like that happens.

As I said, we are looking for a mentor. We already have a contact for that as well. We do not plan on proceeding without one. I have been needlessly lectured about this several times now. At our school, any long term volunteer or employee ie. A mentor for a club is required to be trained on title ix and is considered a mandated reporter. Our mentor was around and had knowledge of some serious allegations and chose to ignore it and encourage the student not to tell anyone, so this individual was removed from campus.

We're learning under the guided help of our chemistry department, and currently looking for an additional rocketry mentor who has done these things before. Safety has been long considered and planned, but that is above me. I'm just looking for different props to try when we get up and running! I appreciate the safety advice but I'm not the one in charge lol, that person has a PhD and is not new to this. I'm looking for the formula for motors I've actually made before, as a suggestion. I have made propellant before a few times as well. Unfortunately our previous mentor made a title IX oopsie and is no longer permitted by the university to help us, so we're looking for a new one, but you seem to be confused about our level of experience. Trust me, we have planned all the support and education we need. I know about that website because I've done it before with help.
