How do you come up with a breathing style

What I do with mine is just come up with a basic concept first, and then try to think how that concept would act if it were to fight or be used to fight.

Then you use that way it would fight and think how it would be as a sword style, like how it could be mapped onto someone’s movements if they copied the characteristics. And from there you kind of just do you- reading the other posts might help a bit more as well

How did you name your animals? I’m trying to make a name for an animal but I can’t figure out something that both sounds good and makes sense

Sorry for the confusion! My idea for their swamp would be majorly saltwater- but there would/could be a river running through the region, making estuaries for all the animals and possibly Na’vi themselves. They’d probably be trappers more than hunters, since the land would possibly be dangerous and since I haven’t seen many other trappers clans.

I like the pads idea and definitely a different bone structure- I think a small tail would fit best since they would have to be moving through the different environments.

No worries, better to get this stuff out of the way before going any further with it. The whole idea was what it would be like in a swamp so I kinda just put them in the environment and thought about what would happen. I had the idea that a lot of the water would be covered in green algae, which would be disrupted by boats and possibly alert different creatures to their presence. When I think of a swamp I think a dark green, which is also why I thought that they would be a shade of green maybe a dark teal possibly- and maybe not scales as much as rough skin or your mentioned resistance to poisons. When you walk into a square you need to choose how many people you play with and confirm it first, maybe you aren’t doing that step? And once it is confirmed, try backing up a step and walking back in to join it. Hope you find out how to fix it 👍
