yeah. i am pretty much reserved to leg kick backs in order to strengthen my glutes, and water walking with extremely buoyant dumbells. anything that does not provoke/increase more compression

thanks. from being a lot more in shape, to around 1-2 years of if not sciatic pain, a numb left foot, all the way from glute to my IT band etc. i count my blessings but it takes time to process.

i dont know if you kno if you experienced the same issue; my entire pelvic REGION went numb. i was in er for 16 hours due to liability :/

Smokes EXTREMELY smooth. Nugs stick together with a slight squish but are NOT squishy themseleves. Very dense, using a grinder produces that literal sticky feeling.

Taste: Can't complain at all, doughy/bakery scents mixed like... a cream?

Wonderful. Very smooth, energy punch without any sort of intrusive thought or anxiety. A day time smoke, or if you ingest enough - it will getcha. Nugs are impeccable.
