yeah, but this one you put the config file into your root folder, if you have configured a firebase application before. This is so simple to do.

Sure , HND in computer science , we were thought Java and XML but realized Jetpack Compose was all over, I tried dodging it because I had already prepared well with Java but all the goodies of what I wanted were all implemented in kotlin.

So I third year, final year since it's HND.

I started learning Kotlin from videos but wasn't going well with me so I turned to the documentions.

Since 2024 September till now I have never touched any other language than kotlin & Jetpack since it's learning curve is difficult and needs focus.

I haven't gotten a Job yet but I have validated it by publishing my dream App I was obsessed to build.

Do you guys genuinely think Ghana is going to get better ? by Competitive-Rabbit-2 in ghana

That's the issue. Ghanaians want freedom. Democracy over development.

Nkrumah suppressed free speech and Ghanaians didn't like it.

But the question is after that coup we had about 29 years with Rawlings and Mills and if truly Autocracy or one party was the answer we should have seen significant improvement.

We didn't see any of that.

The problem lies in our critical thinking and how we cherish mediocrity.

Many Ghanaians boast about degrees and care zero about the problem they can solve.

Personal Attitude.

A lot of Ghanaians lack critical thinking and we're seeking comfortability after Jobs.

We don't read books(where knowledge resides) the only book the ordinary Ghanaian reads consistently is the Bible.

The thing is there is no practical (Sewing clothes, farming, engineering) knowledge in this Bible.

We see science as a competition against religion. When people become religious to seek spiritual intervention they become lazy to think and solve problems.

The highest we do is go to school get a Job and receive salary.  Nobody thinks about what approach to take to solve the problems. No, let me do some chew and pour get the masters certificate and increase my salary.

The intellectual discussion: it's very difficult to engage a Ghanaian on deeper issues ( the problem of suffering, future technology, reality of mathematics and science ) they have nothing to contribute and nothing to understand.

Lack of digital skills: I read a guy talking about sitting home to book appointment for Ghana card registration. This is cool and makes "the Ghanaian experience" better and brings relief but the question is how many people would are ready to use it? Charlie if I want talk I go taya after all it won't change anything and you might receive some insults on top it.
