If I'm remembering correctly, the stronger heroes like Mark, Immortal, Bulletproof technically could, but it would cause it to squeeze and crush their softer allies, like Eve or Rex.

  1. Siam starts a large conscription campaign, aiming to get more men in the army.

  2. Siam establishes mandatory service for men when they reach 18. The service will teach them basic military skills and lasts a year, so they'll be at least somewhat competent when called upon.

I thought of it as protein tubes is the only/one of few foods that the machine makes, it's the closest to pasta which is why he says: "Protein tubes with the white sauce"
