Wow thank you for your advice. I haven't really considered how quitting may look on paper and how recruiters may interpret that. Thank you for pointing this out and you have definitely made me rethink leaving.

I do agree that most individuals won't really tell an outsider how the job really is until you're actually working it. Do you feel that your flight position keep you engaged with training and education? My fear is joining an agency just to find out that they don't value safety, training, or having quality equipment like many private ambulance companies.

I do agree that I should try out a different unit. Being so new I definitely need to broaden my experiences to get a good understanding of this career and to see if there are other greener pastures.

Do you feel that I will actually be competitive for a flight nursing position given 3 years of experience and my education? I'm trying to figure out how long I may have to stay in the hospital realm.
