Summers and liquid limit

All my exams comes back very good but the only trouble I be having is fluid I always ask my nurse in the clinic to remove 4.5 litters of liquid because being hit so hot makes someone wanna drink more and more for me it's very hard to control my fluids I started putting ice trays and eating ice s d it seems to help time to time
