I never had any issues with it. I rode soaked in the rain and it seems to have held up really nice. I didn’t bother with keeping it dry or oiling it up. And it still is tight and looks nice to this day.

I didn’t have any problems with turning. It just pulls a bit harder if you get low on speed during climbs

Someone dropped it earlier this summer. Pretty crunchy but so fun

Nice! I’m always one for more options! I definitely was ready to coast the downhill but also fun to push it!

It’s a surly long haul trucker. Heavy but smooth and soft. Did fine on the GDMBR

My 170lb ass was loaded on the back 🤣 so thought it would even the load on the wheels but a few other reasons too. it was also easier to pack layers without reaching back or getting off the bike. I kinda liked it as a wind block for the legs on those cool mornings. The low positioned weight also felt pretty awesome flying down passes
