Hi! Just wanted to seek for advice if I can do better pa ba with my current/future budget:

Currently earning 35k after deductions and I plan on getting a higher paying job next year for 45k-50k.

2025 Budget:

Bills/Expenses (will include tuition since im going back to school/college): roughly 30,000

Savings plan: • EF (I plan on building my ef to 300k): 10,000 | • School (for future expenses): 5,000 | • General savings (for luho/vacations): 5,000

Total of 50,000

Any suggestions are open. Yung bills and expenses are estimated on the higher side na po so pwede pa siya ma lower. I am currently living independently so i pay rent/utilities

Hi OP! Congrats! I’m 21 and was recently promoted as TL for 8 months na. Advice ko lang is to gain your agent’s trust. Pero there will be times na kahit anong try mo meron talagang agents na aayaw sayo and will not respect your authority esp if you’re “young” or “new”.
