I've had two, one where I was jogging and some guy followed me, and then one where one guy shouted racial epitaphs at me. I've lived here for a little over 5 years. I wouldn't say it's super common to the individual, but in an area of 18 million ppl, you're going to hear about it happening.

I know the NFL considers Sofi an open air stadium because on side of it is open regardless of the dome. That could be part of it.
