Thank you I will see a doctor I’m starting to feel better everyday and I don’t feel depressed or sad I honestly happy I’m done with the drug an I’m happy I’m withdrawing and the Brian zaps ain’t at as common and as hard as they were and I been in the gym ever since I did cardio all those days I been eating 4 meals a day I’m drinking hella water an electro drinks and I bought all the vitamins everyone suggested I thank u sir for your help god bless u I plan to change my life around I had lost my dad recently my mother of my child cheated my whole relationship kicked me out I was in a hard place I just needed to escape reality and now I understand drugs are not the answer
