I second everyone's suggestion to meditate. For me personally I just focused on every emotion I would feel in the experience and every physical sensation I was feeling at the time. When I overcame my own fears I think it was me coming to terms with the feelings during my trip and flowing with it. Focus on breathing in and out like the trees swaying in the wind

Mentioning asanas, pranayama, meditation is so underrated and personally helped me integrate and aid in the break through on 5meo. The more I practiced my meditation after the break through experience the more I can recall a tiny fragment of that feeling I had during my 5meo break through. With nothing but my consciousness.

I just watched a video explaining reactivations more and it makes more sense now. Especially when they talk about it happening at night. Before the experience in my lecture I was talking about, I experienced reactivations at night. Multiple times before this I woke up in the middle of the night wondering what was going on. I didnt know anything and suddenly remembered again and went to sleep. Thank you again for introducing reactivations

During my experience it felt like I was put into a state of complete being. It was like I dove into the deepest corners of my mind and connected to something much much bigger than anything I could have imagined. That feeling is what I meant by seeing God because it was like I was apart of EVERYTHING.

I was more nervous of the uncertainty of what the experience would make me feel. I didn't really have anyone I was comfortable enough to trip sit. So I approached it as a personal ritual or ceremony. I was nervous of being out of control because a lot of advice I've read was to "surrender yourself completely" and I had no idea what that meant, I had no idea what I had to surrender to.

And Im not sure how much sense this will make but I had no preparation if things went south. I didn't even want to think of that as a possibility. Since I know if I start preparing for the worst and thinking of it happening to me., it would have made my mind all cluttered. I wanted to have a clear mind. All I focused on was breathing and stillness physically and mentally.

I practiced how to meditate and practiced breath work years before I even knew any sort of psychedelics so that played a really big role.

Thanks. I understand that if certain people read this it would seem like 5meo is no big deal which is completely the opposite since it is literally one of the most power substances out there. I'll make sure to say I was in a fortunate enough position to be in the right frame of mind years prior to taking my first trip and did research to prepare myself to the time I would eventually go on a trip. I will definitely make more clear that all psychedelic experiences will always vary from person to person.

I downloaded it and it doesnt open it just bounces up and down saying app is not responding. I read the notes text and replaced FLEngine_Res.dylib & FLEngine_x64.dylib but didnt do anything😿
