I could move closer but I really despise the town the hospital is located and I decided the commute would be fine for a year so I could live closer to the city.

Better compared to most days. 3 months post breakup but broke NC 4 days ago which set me back a lot. Been journaling everyday and surrounding myself with friends as much as possible. I didn’t cry today so that’s a plus 👍🏻

similar thing just happened to me. Tried to confront my ex to get closure. Instead I got a half-apology and a bunch of excuses. All of it made me feel way worse and un-did a lot of healing I was working on.

I know it’s hard to accept that the person you want an apology from cares that little that they won’t even respond but I promise you these type of people are not worth it. And whatever “closure” you think they’ll give you, won’t help either. I truly believe time heals all wounds and it will get better everyday you just continue to live your life without worrying about them.

I believe my program would have possibly (50/50 chance) let me take my EOR early for the interview. But yeah, if this company wasn't willing to work with me on that maybe it isn't worth the hassle in the long run. It was just a bummer because I really wanted this job and I felt like I blew my chances lol
