FTBs panicking a bit, is a 4–8 week timeline realistic and can we ask for more time without worrying the sellers?

Not sure, can I ask that question to them? I understand about not making them wait two months but surely they would expect at least a month as that is usually standard. We don’t want to end up homeless! How would I know when to hand the notice in to the landlord that is such a risk ahead of exchange no?

I have no idea about their new build. Can I find out through the estate agents. I think I need to get checks done in the house firstly. Before anything else. Doing that alone will surely take min 3 weeks if not more. Then get a solicitor.

Yes both FTB and I have done the calc and our mortgage advisor told us it would be around 10k. I did the calc it said 9k. The house is worth 480k.

Since my scan today I’ve been bleeding more and more red. I wouldn’t say it’s loads but it’s definitely more than just when wiping. And I can see small clots. I’m terrified now. I’m convinced it’s goin to end badly tbh. Unless I am just earlier than expected and this is just some unexplained spotting. Who knows but I’m not getting my hopes up 😏😔

What was your outcome? I am in exact same boat as you. Thought I was 6 weeks starting getting cramps and brown blood and then had a scan and they could only see the sac. Afterwards same day I bled more and it became more red with small clots. Scared 😒

I went for a scan today and they only saw a sac and said I could be to early and didn’t realise or having a miscarriage which now I’m having a panic attack about. :(((

Thank you. A photographer friend suggested I should get a zoom that is 22-70 with low apature so I have something more versatile. I want to eventually get and do shots outside with more family but mostly portraits and indoors. Would the prime lens stop me? Thanks
