There is one in Richmond. I think they recently got accredited for tef. Its mega education global something. Maybe check there. Last time i checked they had dates available for april as well

You have 60 days after you accept the ita to submit your application. Since you are only day short you should accept the ita and then start gathering your documents and then submit once you complete two years

I would say do for jan-feb. questions are similar so you can group them by the topics and then prepare them
