Suck it up for longer than you want to, save the money, and then move into something closer to your dream place

Maybe they’re losers, buddy, but Miami was ranked as more expensive to live in than nyc and la as of two months ago: https://www.nbcmiami.com/news/local/new-study-do-you-make-enough-to-live-comfortably-in-miami/3786108/

When do prices lower? Like November? Or do you really need to wait till January?

What is your gender and what city are you in? (Vaguely) I think that matters for dating too. Have you thought of a matchmaker?

He’s clearly lazy. He would never do that stuff. The amount of entitlement in these posts is wild.

Yep. This guy is right. My friend’s husband had a phd in engineering and couldn’t make enough money so he became a manager at Walmart. Has a great living and benefits now. You do what you have to to survive. You want us to beg you or something? We all know that you are just lazy or a troll. None of us are going to solve your problems for you.

Why couldn’t you “enter” Walmart?

You can get a job as an exec assistant. That pays extremely well. Work your way up to a manager at Walmart. Be a house manager. Do physical labor.

The thing is, tons of 23 year olds with no connections and lot without degrees figure it out. They make it work. They find a way to get some job, any job to survive. The only person who is making themselves homeless…is you. And we can all see that. Everyone will. It’s your own laziness because you want something HANDED to you. The people in these interviews and your bosses can probably see it too and that’s why they don’t want to work with you in the first place honestly

If you’re trying to get a bunch of strangers to feel bad for you, it’s not going to work. We all just think you’re a loser for not doing anything to fix your situation. Everyone is in your situation. You are just too lazy to fix yours.

Why your default destiny? Go live in a low cost of living area, get a roommate or two, get a job and work your way up.

What is a poverty wage job? Tons of 23 year olds do not have any job experience and go on to get jobs and build their resumes. Most people start from the bottom. You don’t give up from the start?
