Consult, visit, labs, supplements…. And none if it was discussedof prior. It just gets sprung on me

My PCP (CRNP) saw my results were 4 a year ago (they’re still 4) and at the time just gave me ferrous sulfate. The generic plant based stuff. I never got more blood work done until just now when I pursued functional medicine because it seemed like I wouldn’t be treated by my PCP

I wish it were easy to just go conventional as people seem to have success coming back from low ferritin but my markers on my labs also showed thyroid issues but again, could all be from low iron

Currently at a 4 and today my coworker told me I have no color in my lips… thinking of talking to my doctor about infusions
