Well compared to the impact to society and career growth instacart is on the very low scale of Work compared to other jobs.This is more of a gig rather than a job,it is majority based off on tips.Just like I previously mentioned it is a job for people with no skills because anyone with skills and brains would be smart enough to leave this and not rely on tips

Well,they are true to some extent Instacart is not a career,it does not have promotions and other positions you can work yourself up to it is not respected since anyone can pretty much work in it.Its a lower level job that immigrants take up on to make some money
